Shadowplay writes sound quietly, why?

Good day to all! I got acquainted with such a program for capturing Shadowplay video from nvidia, everything is fine, the video writes gorgeous, does not slow down, does not lag. But the sound is terribly quiet, for example, if during recording the sound is at level 10, then the recorded video will be somewhere from 3x to 5. What could be the problem, from some games it refuses to record sound at all.
