Several thousand proxies on your server?
Guys, you need about 5-8 thousand proxies per day (country is not important) at one time.
I look at the prices and understand that this is not an option for me.
And I thought, can I deploy it on my server?
Is the game worth the candle? Who has experience? And will it be possible to create such a number of proxies every day?

Of course, you can raise 5 thousand proxies on one IP (even 65 thousand), but what's the point? The output IP is still the same.
If you buy 5-8 thousand vps with unique IP addresses, then it’s quite, but it will not be very cheap, if you find vps for only 1 dollar, then 5k bucks a month.
As an advertisement for my open-source project: I wrote such a project for myself https://github.com/DevAlone/proxy_py . On a vps for 3 bucks a month, scaleway provides a stable > 10 thousand working proxies with https and a response time of < 10 seconds, more than enough for my tasks.
