Several similar sites on one Yandex webmaster account, is it possible?

I have a site, I want to make another site on the same subject, but I wondered if it is possible to use several sites of the same subject on one Yandex Webmaster account?
Content is partially different, design, host, domain, completely different.
I'm afraid that Yandex will not consider this as a "grid" or something else, and will not negatively affect the search because of this.

Separate the sites as much as possible from each other if the target audience and requests / content are even partially similar.
Do not forget that the IP of the sites must also be different, as well as the Email for registration in Yandex/Google Webmasters.
