How to set up Webstorm to support "require()" and the "clear" function in the console for some reason does not work either

Instead of clear, use hotkeys - ctrl+k. There are a lot of hotkeys in Webstorm, it will be much easier to master them.
And you need to put require, write npm i -d require to the console.
