There is a local machine on WinServ2016 at ip 192.168.0.214 and IIS 10 is installed on it. The
site on IIS opens locally and the same copy of the site opens on another machine on win7 IIS 7 at ip 192.168.0.215

There is no such checkbox. If it works on 192.168.0.214:80, then the correct forwarding of port 80 should be enough.
