Setting up IIS 10 for Internet access?

There is a local machine on WinServ2016 at ip 192.168.0.214 and IIS 10 is installed on it. The
site on IIS opens locally and the same copy of the site opens on another machine on win7 IIS 7 at ip 192.168.0.215
on the fryuhe redirect changed from old win7 to WinServ2016
rdr on $ext_if proto {tcp,udp} from any to 11.11.11.11 port 80 -> 192.168.0.214 port 80
Thought my port forwarding wasn't working. Suspicion of IIS 10
Where to put a check mark so that it goes to the external IP address?

There is no such checkbox. If it works on 192.168.0.214:80, then the correct forwarding of port 80 should be enough.

With FreeBSD telnet iis10 80 -> works?
Is the firewall open on w2k16?
