Setting up gulp console?

Good afternoon.
I made a galp config for my needs, more or less universal. There was a need to somehow ennoble the output of the results of tasks in the console. It means to abstract from the default display of results in the direction of custom ones.
Not a very specific question, but I would like to see examples and hear gurus' advice on how to display "beautifully" results in the console.
