Setting notifications from Trac?

Trac

Trac ( trac system ) sends notifications by default, which are not always needed.
For example, the user created a new ticket.
A letter arrives both to other users and to this one - the creator.
But it bothers me a lot, I am inundated with letters from the tracker, where I don’t need more than half (sent as a result of my own actions)
Who knows how to deal with this without turning off notifications at all?

There is a great plugin for Trac called TracAdmin - everything can be configured there
