Setting materials (menu) in MyCitySelector?

I installed the MyCitySelector extension, everything is clear, except for setting the menu for different cities.
I have them so far 2 (cities). Accordingly, both there and there are the same page addresses, but with different content.
And how can you remove unnecessary from each subdomain?

site.ru/str1 - suppose it is needed only on the main domain
city.site.ru/str1 - it is not needed at all and vice versa.

It is worth referring to the documentation . As far as I remember, there you can create different menus for each city and show modules according to the condition. But this is hardcoded already in the template, most likely. There is a helper for integrations.
