Set default terminal in vs code?
I'm setting up vs code on a new Windows. And I can't make bash the default terminal. I had no problems with this before, but I don’t understand what’s the matter? In the settings, I wrote "terminal.external.windowsExec": "D:\\Git\\bin\\bash.exe", but it does not pick it up for some reason. And it's not in the select default profile. And if you write the path to cmd or powershell in terminal.external.windowsExec , everything is fine. It’s just that I used to put everything on the system partition and everything was automatically picked up there, but now I put it in another partition and I don’t understand why it doesn’t want to work?
