Set a specific currency for a specific country and customize the description?

Somewhere someone wrote to me that they say add an application to all countries, and there Google will somehow translate for all countries and adjust the currency, so figs, my description is in English (at least from which country you will come), honestly I don’t even remember where I added it, I even did it quickly ....
So the question is - how to make it open in each country in their language and their currency, and this currency was already on my IAP buttons in the game, how to set it all up correctly ?
Yes, and how to update the prices on the purchase buttons through their API, the rates change ....
