Set a 301 redirect to many pages at once. Site on the server?

A site on WordPress, there is a blog, which we called the Knowledge Base, there are categories in the blog, posts in the categories. It so happened that the address of the blog itself looks like:
https://online.gymbalance.ru/exercise-base/
and the address of some category, for example, like this:
https://online.gymbalance.ru/razminka/
respectively, the address of some entry does not contain /exercise-base/, for example:

https://online.gymbalance.ru/razminka/skruchivaniya-korpusa/

this is not good, you need to include /exercise-base/ entries in the address of each category, but you need to set up redirects from old pages. There are a lot of them, about 600.

Question: is it possible to set up a redirect using a non-manual method so that not every page has to be manually redirected? The site is on a server with Apache, that is, there is no htaccess in principle, and previous redirects were configured by the plugin for each page separately.
