Service - constructor for interaction with other services?

Poorly formulated the question, but it did not work out more precisely.
About six months ago, I saw an interesting service that allows you to design interaction scenarios with other services. Something like: "took a file from dropbox, renamed it, uploaded it to amazon." That is, a lot of cloud services form something like "bricks", from which you can add whatever your imagination allows.
