Server side developer c++. What do you advise?

Finished the C++ syntax, chose this direction for myself.

I didn’t find so many vacancies, and I didn’t find a normal link with an explanation of what and how either. Only excerpts from the articles snatched.
How would you recommend moving?

Write a few whatever, but working programs. C++ syntax is the alphabet, you need to develop writing skills. Then - problem solving, debugging, optimization. And only then to talk about any direction whatsoever.
So far, your skill in C++ is zero. No matter what you think about it.
