Server setup, which language and framework is better to choose?

Good day. Please explain to a newbie what and how. I have never come across web programming, but it looks like the time has come. The task is to write a client program and a server part, the client part generates documents of different formats, fills it with text, with and without encryption, creates stegocontainers, etc., and sends it all to the server, it is processed on the server, an example (how many files came in, what they are were encrypted / no, stegocontainer / no, how long the file went) after such manipulations, a graph and statistics are built. There are no problems with the client side, but with the server side I can’t understand what to do at all, please advise, although in the direction of which language / framework to look, where to read about such things, etc. I hope that you are not too lazy and give a detailed answer with explanations of why this or that. Thanks in advance))

, in fact, the answer is the language / framework that you know better.
pps
if you don’t know how, then you need to give the task to someone who can, and not learn in a situation where there is a real task.
