$_SERVER["SERVER_NAME"] is empty. Why is debugging not working in phpstorm?

Cannot accept external Xdebug connection $_SERVER["SERVER_NAME"] is empty, it may be caused by web server misconfiguration.

Tried different methods, but always came across this error. I want to develop in the direction of building websites professionally, so do not recommend Wamp to me.
At the moment, after clicking on the beetle in phpstorm, nothing happens. Screen below.
