Server monetization. How?

There is a server available, 2 processors with 4 cores. RAM 10 GB (it is possible to increase up to 32, there is memory)
How can it be monetized (not for sale). Rent out vds\vps\ds, maybe game servers, some kind of sandbox for developers.
Does anyone have such experience?
Can rent to organizations?

We sell hosting for 5 tr. a year, about 50-60 clients and like nothing, fights back =)

I'm in the same situation, I bought a Dell server, and now there's nowhere to stick it. Under vps, you can only rent to friends. It is difficult to build a reliable infrastructure for such a service on one server. I personally am currently looking for someone who needs to rent a whole server that is in the DC (sorry for the ad). And let everyone think for himself what he needs to go there.
