Server linking error

I reinstalled the system on the server, rolled up the databases and try to link another MS SQL server as it was before.

But unfortunately, when the Security context is hard-coded, it gives an error:

"Communication link failure". (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 10054)

If you use the current context of the logged in user, everything works.
