Server characteristics for 2 online stores on Bitrix?

We have a server with the following characteristics:

4 CPU 3.8-4.2 GHZ
Memory 16000 x Memory MB
Disk Space 100 x SSD GB

On the server there are two online stores with 2 and 6 thousand goods, with many properties, many different "active" pages, attendance of 5000 uniques per day on each site.
I often change the Mysql configuration for optimal performance.
I'm not a pro at this, so I don't pretend to be perfect.

In general, the pages on both sites are issued in 0.8-1.9 seconds (the whole thing to the visitor, judging by all sorts of metrics, the pages themselves are generated from 0.01 to 1 second). Cache on files. And everything seems to be more or less stable and good, but an inner instinct tells me that this is not so. And this is not from the category - it works and do not touch it.

I rummaged through the Internet and did not find an answer to the question: Are
these server characteristics sufficient for good stable performance with such attendance?And then on the Internet, no matter how I look, so many people talk about 32 .. 64 or more RAM.

A month ago, the file cache suddenly began to grow like crazy, ate the entire disk, now only clearing the cache saves, but this is not correct, given that only material and new products appear on the site, there were no new developments. We decided to increase the disk space, and possibly other parameters. So the aforementioned question arose in other words: is it worth doing a globally detailed server setup in order to stay in the existing tariff, or is the server characteristics still rather weak and can / need to be increased .

@opium

It all depends on the code, if it is optimal, then two cores and four gigabytes of RAM for the eyes, if not, then 64 GB will not save
you again trying to approach the solution from the end and not from the beginning, that is, instead of eliminating the cause, you are stupidly trying to level the consequences if you decide to go this way, ask the hell for advice on a toaster, there are not enough resources that you wrote stupidly fill in even more money and more resources
