Separation of TA flows on the site?

Tell me, please, where to read in detail (preferably in Russian) about the methods of segmenting the target audience on the site? First of all, I'm interested in the primary separation of user flows in the minimum number of clicks. I have some practical knowledge based on experience from past projects; but surely humanity has already come up with a hundred thousand new techniques.
Let me explain.
There is a site that receives completely different user groups - well, for example, passengers and drivers. And you need to send some to the part of the site where tickets, timetables, baggage allowances, and others - where the specifications of electric locomotives, the rules for insurance payments for industrial injuries and the training schedule for managing new trains. Or a site that patients and doctors come to, and each category of users has its own sections, its own functionality, and so on. There is a lot of content and functionality for both categories, so if you don’t separate the streams, most of the users will “get lost” and leave the site without finding what they want.
I will also be grateful for examples of user interfaces with successful solutions on this issue.

Give site sections (menu items) clear titles. You can create pseudo-sections like "Passengers" and "Drivers", where you can collect links to the corresponding real sections relating to different user groups.

homecat, the options are as follows:
• Divide visitors by traffic source (HTTP referer, IP)
• Ask the user once and remember his choice in cookies or in the session by login / password, and then immediately display the site based on his identification
• Links on the login page type "I am a passenger", "I am a driver"
• Different links for entering different user groups
