There is a site, it is ~ 9months old, the domain was changed 2-3 months ago. ~ 325 articles on the Site, all sites were written by hand, not rewritten, 90% + uniqueness.
Requests are low-frequency, there is linking on the site, etc.
What is the point of the question.
Why with 325~ articles, 5-10 people online, what could be the problem?!

As a rule, highly specialized sites feel good in the search, and such are the collections of answers, etc. are more likely to get traffic either when they provide an exhaustive and high-quality answer to user questions, or when there are simply not enough relevant answers for a query.
For example, take znay-mir.ru/gde-mozhno-kupit-nasos-v-moskve.html - IMHO, for the query "buy a car pump in Moscow", there should be more than enough quality results. Plus, obviously, the request is from the category of commercial ones - therefore, completely different groups of factors are included.
In general, my verdict: before, such sites collected traffic quite well, but now, in order to get good traffic, you need to either improve the quality of the content of such a resource, or focus on specific thematic areas.

why do you think that such a site should go to the top at all? You have a commercial theme of the text, the site is a hodgepodge of text scraps from various areas, I am sure that the user factors are extremely modest, Yandex is able to determine sites with the functionality to buy and without it.
From myself - it’s for the best that the site is not in the top, the benefit for visitors, in my opinion, is zero
