SEO question for pages of inactive elements in Bitrix?

There is a job section on the Bitrix site, some job pages are now inactive, but the URLs of these pages still work (without content) and, accordingly, meta tags are inherited from the parent, pages with the same meta tags are deleted.
How to solve this problem? Maybe it's possible to issue a 404 page for inactive pages somehow, or is there another solution? Tell me please.
