SEO: Changing engine and hosting, how to keep positions?

Hey! I have such a situation.

1. We had a site on Spreecommerce, ordered SEO, bought articles with permalinks
2. FirstVDS hosting (burn in hell) lost my site
3. Created a temporary solution on Nethouse
4. We are moving to Reg.ru with the Simpla CMS engine

How best to organize the move ? Redirect old links to new ones?
Maybe there is some kind of semi-automatic plugin?
Is it possible to return a part of the result obtained in point 1? (It was almost 2 years ago, the links changed once, now we have to change again)

Obviously a 301 redirect.

Maybe there is an opportunity to find a backup of the old site?
If not, you can make a new one with the same links.
If it doesn't work, it's a 301 redirect.
