SEO and comment layout - put the name of the commenter in the footer or header?

Faced with a dilemma. If you pick the latest default wordpress themes, then there I use the footer tag placed in the article. But if you pick some commercial templates that are kind of laid out with an emphasis on SEO, then the name and date of the comment are placed in the header. And to be honest, I believe the latter. Yes, it looks more logical.

If you consider the information important, then in the header, if auxiliary, then in the footer.
Visually, it is better to hide it (for example, assign a font color that is less contrasting with the background).
Personally, I would also believe the second, the date and name are quite important information for a comment.
