Sentry or Kibana for centralized log analysis?

We choose a system where we will aggregate all the logs, and then analyze. Polinternet advises ELK, but it so happened that we still don’t use it anywhere, for some projects we already have Sentry, for parts for monitoring Grafana.
Why would Elasticsearch+Logstash+Kibana be better than Sentry?

I will add sentry suitable for analyzing stack traces, etc.
And kibana for any analytics and search in logs, graphs later, reports. Sentry does not provide this.
