Sending data to json(api?) from a scraped site?

I ask this question because I want to make sure of my ideas / learn in detail in this area (about api, etc.).
I want to get info (json) at the front through my api (I don’t know how it’s done) from a certain site that is scraped using python (selenium
) I receive information and send it to the backend/restapi? and I connect to this api via fetch already on the frontend side. Did I think right?
and about the scrapper and backend where how to fill in so that it works 24/7 (in vds?)
what technologies to use for this?
more questions about the scrapper, I need to log in to the site without fail to get data, is it possible to log in somehow without selenium and do things, for example, through BeautifulSoup. you can give a tip
