Sending a form to wordpress, the message does not come to the mail, help?

Wordpress. sending the form with Ajax, everything is working out beautifully, but nothing comes to the mail, I read it, set up sending via SMTP, but the plugin does not help, I changed the class-phpmailer.php file, still there is no result,

I would bet that you have shared hosting and ports for sending mail are simply closed there, 25, 465, 587. This is provided that you have configured everything correctly to send mail via smtp, although in fact without this letter in most of the time they come from such sites, they just end up in spam. Try using WP Postman SMTP
instead of your current plugin and use Google API authorization in it. The plugin has a video tutorial on how to set it up. If the problem is in closed ports, then with the help of this plugin you will be able to solve it. One way or another, it keeps a log of sent emails, in which you can see what kind of error occurs, plus there is a self-test option, in which you can also see at what stage of sending mail the error occurs.
