Send excel spreadsheet to telegram bot?

I am trying to send an excel document via the telegram bot using the sendDocument method by sending the URL of this document on our website.
But I get the error "Bad Request: wrong file identifier/HTTP URL specified".
In the docks in a foreign language, something is written about the supported formats, but the type and other formats should also work as they should.

The documentation clearly states that only GIF, PDF, and ZIP can be sent via Url.

In sendDocument, sending by URL will currently only work for GIF, PDF and ZIP files.

So you need to download the file yourself and send it to the telegram server.
