Good afternoon, please tell me, what is the best way to make up on divs now or trying to find a name for each fragment of the site that matches its content?

div is a faceless element with no meaning.
If you need to give at least some details to someone, tell a search engine or screen reader that this is a headline, this is a separate article, etc., then you need to use different tags.
If this is a closed resource, some kind of dashboard or something like that, where neither robots nor strangers will go, then a div is also possible.
Of course, I am for semantics even in closed projects, it is more pleasant to work with code.
