Self-hosted photo service with compression?

Colleagues. Good afternoon.
There was a need for a selh-hosted service for storing and compressing photos.
Now we use https://lychee.electorious.com on the resource, but it is not about that.
Tell me, please, are you familiar with other services for storing + compressing photos that you can use? Open source is highly desirable. Thanks

if the picture weighs 5 mb, then passing through the compression algorithm without loss or with the least loss of quality, I will get a picture of weight 4-3-2 or 1 mb

It is extremely rare to lighten a photo five times without loss of quality. Usually for photos, compression is at the level of several percent, or you will have to cut the quality.
For screenshots, diagrams, diagrams, and anything else where there are a lot of monochromatic areas, everything is much better, and yes, sometimes it can be made much easier.
There is a fairly wide selection of utilities for image optimization , they do not give much difference in quality, but may differ in convenience and speed.
I don’t know a ready-made solution combined with hosting.
