Self-destructing emails with PGP encryption and support for attachments, is there a usable option?

Greetings.
Something like email with pgp encryption and message self-destruct is required.
The self-destruct option would be fine https://www.alicetobob.com/ , there are sources and attachments are supported, but I would like to have encryption as well. I tried to "attach" two encryption options to it:
The first is to use gpg4win https://www.gpg4win.org/get-gpg4win.html and encrypt files and messages in text files on the PC, and then attach them to the temporary message service.
The second option is to use the PGP Anywhere plugin
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pgp-anyw...
it allows you to encrypt\decrypt text in the browser. Attachments are not supported.
But in fact, all this is not very convenient, as it requires a lot of extra steps.
I would like to have all this in one place.
I liked the Signal messenger, but its registration by phone number is not very happy, and there is no way to send a link to an encrypted temporary file / message in a regular letter.
Tell me, what else can I pay attention to?

Have you looked at protonmail?

@Jesprit

Looked.
I would like to encrypt using certificates, not passwords.
It is not very clear in what form the messages are stored on their servers.
And limitations in the free version:
500MB of storage
150 emails per day
Limited support
...you can run out of space pretty quickly.
To be able to run the service on your server would also be nice.
