Access rights

Selecting an access control system for organization resources. What's better?

You need some kind of centralized system that will allow you to manage access to resources, for example, SSH, AWS, Kubernetes, whatever else.
On the one hand, so that the user can issue a request, with a choice of systems and access level. And on the other hand, so that when the administrator presses the confirmation button, the user automatically gets access to the allowed systems. Moreover, it would be nice to have an audit so that the admin can get a summary of the user, what rights he has.
It would also be nice if the system could expand in some way to manage new resources of different types.
What kind of thing even exists?

openIDM.
You can ForgeRock, it's better and more powerful, but it's paid.
In general, you need an IDM system.
