Seizure of computers by uncles from the FSB, are we encrypted?

Good day. Today, two FSB officers came to work with me, they said that I might be involved in the brute force of government servers in Tatarstan. (Brutalized from the server at my last job and after my departure)
We drove home, found two witnesses and seized computers, hard drives and flash drives.
I am 110% sure of my innocence, but the fact that it is not known who will rummage through my personal data causes some concern.
And the actual question. In case of a subsequent hacking of the Pentagon and the General Staff of the Mongolian Cavalry Troops by me. Data encryption. Let's say I encrypt the data on all hard drives, they take away all my devices and stumble upon encrypted data. What are their next steps if I forget my password? Will they return the devices with tears in their eyes or will they leave them gathering dust in my warehouses?
It’s somehow parallel to me, let them listen to traffic, peep out the window, let scuba divers into the sewer, but my computer is a personal territory, and is not intended for digging by all sorts of employees of any FSB.

They will return
Only the terms may be slightly delayed
And then there is no security in the warehouse
And they will return to you in 10 years something that looks like iron boxes
But in general, you should go to lawyers, not here

There was an experience of seizing computers in an organization, the first time they returned it in a month, and the second time we are still waiting. (3 months have passed, the authorities are talking about 1 year of waiting). There is almost nothing interesting for them, but here are the harsh ones for a couple of TB, it's a pity they disappear :)

A month ago, four dozen hard drives seized in the fall of 2014 were returned. Of these, three quarters are inoperable (HDD), on the rest (SSD) the data is alive. It seems that they played football with screws, so only solid-state ones survived.
