Segmentation fault on phpunit --coverage-html?

Actually, subject. Googled - found several tickets on the phpunit, xdebug and php bugtrackers. Everyone nods at each other: xdebug says the problem is php's garbage collector, php points to xdebug, phpunit yells "cannot reproduce". As a result, no solution to the problem.
Has anyone encountered such a problem?
