Security issue: ModX vs. Drupal?

We decided to move the site from Joomla to another CMS. The choice was between ModX and Drupal. But the security issue is quite acute. Which of the following systems has fewer holes? So far, I think Drupal is more secure.

From experience, I can judge that drupal is still quite vulnerable cms, most of its plugins are in the public domain, the code of these plugins can easily be used to fill the shell on your site. Therefore, I recommend that you use modX.
