Section addictive?

How to make the bottom block stick close to the overlying one. The landing site created one section after it the second and there was a distance between them. How to make them snuggle up?

Algorithm:
1. Check if the section has indents that move the sections ( padding, margin)
2. If not, check if there is a statically set section height
3. If not, stretch the blocks with flexes, by analogy -
