Search from address bar for a specific site in Google Chrome?

Previously, if I'm not mistaken, in chrome it was possible to click on any form, etc. book. mouse and select the "add to search engine" menu item to set a keyword for convenient search immediately from the omnibox in the future, is this feature still available now, or is it done only from the wilds of settings?
