Search for text in files. Boolean AND in regular expressions. How to find a file with an occurrence of two words?

Good day. There was a task of search in a large number of files. And, offhand, I did not solve it, so I ask for help. Windows 10 and Total Commander are at hand.

Task: Find all files containing "expression 1" AND "expression 2" . Moreover, the required data can be located in different places of the same file.
Ideally, find through Total Commander. There, with these files (and I suspect that there will be a lot of them), you can conveniently work with them.

PS Optional addition. I'm not God knows what a Linuxoid, but the pipeline and grep are even accessible to me. Is there something similar in Win 10?
