Search for inverted photos - can you find this program at all?

Is there a Win32 or Windows Modern UI (WP8.1/W8.1) program that looks for 90 and/or 270 degree flipped photos?
PS Is there an interesting algorithm by which these programs (if their existence is proven by science) find out if the images are upside down or not?

only if the camera writes the position of the photo in the meta. Otherwise, there is hardly anything.
