There was a situation of the need to account for users and their payments for some prepaid web services.
Perhaps someone faced with similar tasks:
- Accounting for users;
- Accounting for payment for the service (week, month, year);
– informing by e-mail about the need to pay for the period;
- launching scripts on events: receiving payment, expiration of the paid period, account freezing, etc.
— simple connection of payment systems.
The tasks are quite trivial, I think, to write / order your own service, or are there similar ready-made solutions?

A few years ago I saw a cool Katrin billing, where there was just a beautiful bunch of PHP + MySQL and C ++. Billing was distributed under the GPL license.
Now I could not find a repository on the network, the project site is not working. Perhaps the project has died, but it may make sense to look for the author's contacts.
