Search Api + Facet API + Facet API Pretty Path + Ajax perhaps?

I tried all the modules and solutions that I could find on the Internet - none of them fit, in some place something falls off and goes wrong. Most refuse to work with Pretty Path.
Question - is there a solution for facets from Search Api with CNC and Ajax? Installed Solr server, if anything.
