Seafile Server + CentOS 7 cannot download/upload files, how to fix?

Hello everyone There is a VPS CentOS 7 + Seafile Server 7.0.4 + nginx.
Forwarded ports 8000 + 8082 for access via external IP.
When I am in my local network, I have the ability to upload / download files, but if I try to download something via an external IP, for example, the bar just freezes and does not move. The ability to log in, etc. on the external IP, respectively, is present.
Tell me where to dig, already tired of poking around in the configs :)
