SCSS or Post CSS what else to use?

What to use today as a stable, powerful and popular solution for writing css styles with nesting, autoprefix and mixins. I use SCSS de facto, I'm completely satisfied... But today I heard in one of the podcasts that supposedly "it's no longer fashionable"... Really? What is in demand now?

Autoprefixer - not needed if you don't have ie10
sass - it remains the standard
