ScrollLock turns on spontaneously?
Colleagues, help. One problem has long been infuriating - ScrollLock periodically turns on by itself. Since this has been happening for a long time (at least a year), but very rarely (twice a month), I can’t track any system in any way. I notice that it is enabled only in Excel - in it, when ScrollLock is active, when moving arrows over cells, the sheet scrolls, and not transitions from cell to cell. It doesn't turn on every time you start Excel, otherwise I would have already figured out the problem myself.
The problem is similar to the “mosquito” problem - it is petty and does not annoy very much, but every time it bites it infuriates you, how to get rid of it, maybe someone knows?
Thanks in advance

It is necessary to catch events that occur at (before) the moment (s) of turning on ScrollLock. The problem seems to be software. You can try to close all the software running in the background - all sorts of PuntoSwitchers and so on. You can try at the same time and temporarily change the keyboard.
Have you tried changing the key? Maybe there is pure hard? And yet - on some keyboards, the scroll is next to some useful key, sometimes you just miss and catch it. It happened.
If on a laptop, then perhaps you sometimes accidentally press combinations Ctrl + hot key - Fn + hot key.
As I understand it, this function is duplicated via Fn + hot key for laptop layouts without a separate hard key on Scroll Lock.
