Scroll to the end when adding new elements?

The page has a div in which several elements are added at a time. But when scrolling already appears in dive, then when new elements are added, the scroll slider of both the div and the page itself goes down. How to fix this?

Well, we do not know your implementation. I would call the block scroll where I add data to the block.
