Scroll not visible on iOS and MacOS, How to fix?

Good afternoon, in the modal window I made the block scrollable vertically. I need the scroll bar to be visible immediately on iPhone and Mac when opening the modal, and not just when scrolling the page, how can I fix this?

Such things are configured in the poppy setup. General -> Show Scrollbars
The second option is to make a custom scrollbar.
