Apparently the problem is with the subtraction of the height of the content.
Apparently, the height of all lower blocks (footer, chat, etc.) is not taken into account

This is standard behavior.
To prevent content from being overlapped by fixed blocks, add padding equal to the height of the fixed blocks.
