Script that works when copying from PC --> USB, are there any?

Good afternoon, I'm interested in a script duplicating the information being copied to a separate directory, when copying from PC -> USB, are there any?

I’m sure you can’t get away with a PowerShell script here, you need to hang up a hook on the OC api call. In PS, there are no such mechanisms, if I don’t confuse anything.
