Screen brightness in Ubuntu 11.10

When the laptop is running on battery power after 7-8 seconds. Inactivity dims the screen. It does not go out completely,
but reduces the brightness. Where is the delay set? While I'm reading something, I have to move my mouse
so that the brightness does not go out.

PS: the brightness is adjusted with the buttons on the keyboard, everything works on the "iron" side. There are no delay settings where they were in 11.04.
