Scheme for importing a self-writing database in Wordpress?

There is a database for a self-written engine with different tables, inside of which there is simple data on the structure of the record (title\content).
I have never encountered such an activity, so it’s not clear how to process it in SQL, so I ask you for advice on how best to import this database into a view that is understandable for WP? How it's done? Thank you!

There are a bunch of plugins that allow you to import any content in excel or xml format. Google "Wordpress import"

In Wordpress, in the tools tab, there is a standard functionality for importing posts.
Find a template and use it to insert data from the self-written engine.
It’s just not possible to import it into the database from the lantern, wp_post does not consist of 2 columns.
