SCCM. How to update a common application?

Hello!

I have an application. It comes in an unpacked form (not msi) and in the folder with it there are scripts for installing, removing, updating the application.
I created an application in SCCM, installation with a script. Everything is OK. The app has spread.

But what about updates?
A version will be released periodically, I will replace the files in the folder.
How to distribute an update?
